Frequently Asked Questions

Honest answers to everything students ask us

About Our Service

Is Study Programs Abroad really free for students?

Yes, completely. Our service costs students nothing. We earn a placement fee from partner universities when a student enrolls. This means you get expert guidance, application support, and counseling at zero cost to you.

How are you different from applying directly to a university?

When you apply directly, you navigate each university's process alone. We give you a single point of contact who knows the requirements, helps you prepare documents, and liaises with the university on your behalf.

Can I apply to more than one university at a time?

Yes. We encourage students to shortlist 2-3 programs and apply simultaneously. This increases your chances and lets you compare offers.

Applications & Eligibility

What documents do I need to apply?

Typically: passport copy, academic transcripts, proof of English proficiency (IELTS/TOEFL), and a statement of purpose. Some programs also require a CV or recommendation letters.

I don't have an IELTS or TOEFL score. Can I still apply?

In many cases, yes. Several partner universities accept alternatives, such as an English-medium instruction letter or a university interview. Foundation courses are designed for students without test scores.

How long does the application process take?

The application takes about 10-15 minutes. Universities respond within 1-3 weeks. The full process from first contact to enrollment usually takes 1-3 months.

Tuition, Costs & Scholarships

How much does it cost to study abroad?

Tuition at our partner programs ranges from $5,000/year to €7,500/year. Many programs are significantly cheaper than US, UK, or Australian universities.

Are scholarships available?

Yes. For example, Cyprus International University applies a 50% scholarship automatically. Other universities offer merit-based and need-based scholarships.

Visas & Moving Abroad

Do you help with student visas?

We provide guidance on visa requirements and help you prepare documents. We connect you with the university's international office for official visa support.

Can I work while studying?

It depends on the country and visa type. Ireland allows 20 hours/week during term. Cyprus and many EU countries also permit part-time work for international students.
